What hotel is the conference using?
WCHC is pleased to partner with the Radisson Hotel.

Can I choose more than one session per block?
We encourage people to critique the sessions and choose one that fits your need. To alleviate disruptions we encourage people not to move from a session once it has started.

I have food allergies, what should I do?
We will make every effort to accommodate dietary needs. You must contact mloraas@envirotec.ca before September 20 to make your requests.

What meals are included?
We are happy to provide two hot breakfasts, one scrumptious lunch, four nutrition breaks and coffee/tea is always available.

How can I stay in contact with my office and family?
There is a free internet access and laptops available during the conference.
